Check out and sign up to our new upcoming event for World Hearing Day: The Webinar "“Remembering, Reimagining, Rebuilding: Life after late deafness.”

Did you experience hearing loss much later in life or do you know anyone who did?
People with hearing loss generally feel lost or disoriented, but even more so for those who are late deafened compared to those who were born deaf. Resources for the late-deafened can be difficult to find, so to address the needs of this community, IFHOHYP would like to present a webinar “Remembering, Reimagining, Rebuilding: Life after late deafness.”
Our speakers, who are themselves late-deafened or work with the late-deafened community, will share their personal experiences and strategies for navigating life with hearing loss. They will also discuss the importance of hearing screening and rehabilitation, which is the key theme of World Hearing Day 2021: Hearing Care for All.

The webinar will be via Zoom on Saturday 6 March 2021 at the following time zones:
8:30-10:00 (New York, GMT-5)
9:30-11:00 (Bolivia, GMT-4)
13:30-15:00 (London UK, GMT+0)
14:30 - 16:00 (Central European Time, GMT+1)
16:30 - 18:00 (Moscow, GMT+3)
21:30 - 23:00 (Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, GMT+8).
