According to the WHO’s World report on hearing, nearly 2.5 billion people will be living with some degree of hearing loss by 2050. Hearing loss can have a huge impact on peoples’ lives, with huge costs to individuals and societies if unaddressed. The report shows how hearing loss can be addressed for most people through cost-effective, public health interventions.The World report on hearing calls for action now. Together, our voices can make a difference. Share the World Hearing Forum’s global pledge to support "Hearing Care for All, Now" to help build a global, grassroots movement to persuade governments and societies to improve hearing care and make it a public health priority.
