To celebrate World Hearing Day and promote the launch of the World Report on Hearing, IFHOHYP had the pleasure of hosting a webinar “Remembering, Reimagining, Rebuilding: Life after late deafness” featuring @sharieberts from the U.S., Lorraine from the U.K., and Doms from the Philippines to discuss the vital importance of peer support as an essential rehabilitation process for people with hearing loss in addition to receiving professional support from hearing health care professionals. Close to 100 participants from 24 countries registered for the event.
