Other than last time, in the 2nd edition of our Join Board and Committee meeting with 14 participants from all committees and the board we did some real work. In our quest to improve collaborations between committees and with the board we discussed a whole range of amazing ideas. Important for us was to find possible links between committees which allow effective team work, defining communication tools between the groups and having a set of rules to make the collaborations smooth for everyone. And of course, having some fun too!
