Organised by the Canadian organization CHHA Young Adults Network in August, the event was a 3 days experience of exciting, diverse activities. Panel discussions and lectures by young hard of hearing fellows gave us a feeling of endless possibilities despite being HoH. But we didn’t just work. Yoga, painting, a magic show and HoH comedians freshed up the mood between the sessions. We even got an empowerment speech by famous CI user and Bachelor candidate Abigail Heringer.
